Sandlane Auto currently focuses on delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability and any shipping charge are confirmed at checkout based on the destination and the items in your order.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment and order details are confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery window shown at checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delivery can be affected by the destination, courier capacity, public holidays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details using the contact information provided with the order. Tracking information may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete address, mobile number, emirate, and any useful building or landmark details. If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond the latest estimate provided to you, please contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment status with the courier and help with the next available step.

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
